About Us

We Exist to Restore Dignity

Enthrone Initiatives was founded on a simple conviction: vulnerable communities deserve more than aid. They deserve genuine solidarity, dignity, and transparent support that reaches the people it is meant to serve

Our Story

From a Kitchen Table to Two Nations

It started with a conversation between friends in Buffalo, New York in 2019. Nigerian-Americans watching footage of collapsed school buildings and flooded communities in their home country, frustrated by the gap between the resources of the diaspora and the needs on the ground.

General Overseer Rosemary Oche and a small group of professionals decided to stop watching and start acting. They formed Enthrone Initiatives with three commitments: build real programs (not performative charity), partner with communities rather than parachuting in, and be radically transparent about every naira and dollar spent.

Today, Enthrone operates across two countries with six active initiative areas, a full-time Nigeria team, and a growing network of diaspora donors, volunteers, and partner organizations. Over 225 individuals have been directly served through 2 completed projects.

Every decision we make, from the programs we design to the partners we choose, reflects our commitment to the people and communities we exist to serve.

Our Mission

To transform and restore hope in vulnerable communities across the USA and Nigeria through transparent, community-centered programs in child welfare, women's empowerment, education, water access, and rural development.

Our Vision

A world where no child grows up without care, no widow walks alone, and every community, regardless of geography or circumstance, has access to the resources needed to thrive in dignity.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Compassion

We see the humanity in every person we serve. Our work is rooted in genuine care, dignity, and relationship, not in charity that treats people as transactions.

Community

Real change happens from within. We build with communities, not for them, centering local voices and leadership.

Integrity

We hold ourselves to strong ethical standards in how we raise funds, manage resources, and report outcomes. Transparency and accountability are not optional; they are central to the trust we seek to build with donors, partners, and the communities we serve.

Accountability

Every dollar entrusted to us is tracked, documented, and reported with care. Our donors deserve clear financial transparency, and we are committed to showing how their support is used to serve communities with dignity and accountability.

Sustainability

We design programs with long-term impact in mind. Our goal is not simply to provide temporary relief, but to strengthen community capacity, dignity, and self-reliance over time.

Global Reach

From Buffalo to Kaduna, our work crosses borders because human dignity has no nationality. We exist to connect care, resources, and accountability across communities that share a common hope for a better future.
