Donations Recorded Automatically
Every donation is recorded at the moment of payment via our Stripe integration. No manual entry thereby reducing human error and ensuring completeness.
Finance Team Allocates Funds
Our CFO and finance committee review all incoming donations and allocate them to specific initiatives or the General Fund, documented with detailed notes.
Spending Approved by Board Reviewer
Every expenditure above $500 requires Board-level approval before it can be marked as spent. This prevents unauthorized spending at every level.
Published Monthly After Review
After internal review, all ledger entries and summary figures are published publicly on this page, typically within 15 days of each month's close.
